Returns & Exchanges

When you shop at Zshoppers, Ziggy wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! Quality and customer service is our main focus.  If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase we are more than happy to exchange or refund the product. 

EXCHANGES: Items may be exchanged within 7 days past date of delivery. Original product packaging must be included with the return. If product is received without original packaging, is used or damaged in any way your order cannot be exchanged, and will be returned. 

REFUNDS: Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days past date of delivery.  Items must be in original packaging, and contain all components that were included in the original order. Items must be returned in original working condition. Once received a refund request will be submitted and refund will be issued for the amount of the order and mailed out to the customer within 7-10 business days.  All returns will need to be sent back with an RMA number for correct processing.

REFUNDS PAST 30 DAYS: We are not able to process refunds outside of our 30 day policy. However if your item is defective and you wish to return this, we can offer either a replacement or store credit. Each request will need to be submitted and approved by a customer support representative.
